We offer different payment options to ensure that you can pay using a method that suits your needs. All payments are securely processed by a third-party payment provider and are protected by encryption. If you return an item from your order and are entitled to a refund, we will refund the value of your order through the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to ensure that you receive your products quickly and economically. We typically ship orders within a maximum of 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, contact us at info@fruitexco.com and provide a photo of the products you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order had issues with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. For timely assistance, provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you need within 30 days from the date of purchase of your order. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to resolve the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept returns of unopened and unused orders within 60 days of delivery.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
